Wrinkle Relaxer (Neurotoxin)- Xeomin
Xeomin (incobotulinumtoxinA) is a prescription neurotoxin that temporarily relaxes the muscles responsible for dynamic facial lines — forehead creases, glabellar lines between the brows, crow's feet, and more.
Unlike other neurotoxins, Xeomin contains no complexing proteins. It's a purified formulation that, over time, may reduce the likelihood of antibody development and treatment resistance. Xeomin works similarly to other neuromodulators such as Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, or Daxxify, with the same goal: relaxing the muscles that cause wrinkles.
The Consultation
Ideally, neurotoxin patients are seen for a consultation before their first treatment. This can be done through a secure telehealth platform prior to committing to a neurotoxin appointment, and it's a great chance for us to meet and talk through your concerns. It's free, with no obligation to book afterward — I just want to make sure I can meet your expectations, and that wrinkle relaxers are truly the right fit for what you're trying to achieve.
Setting up a consultation is easy through the booking portal: select "Book Now" in the top right corner of this page, then "Explore Services," then "Consultations," and finally "Virtual Consultation."
If you decide to book an appointment for wrinkle relaxers, I ask that you complete the assessment and consult form beforehand. This helps me further customize your plan and lets the appointment flow more smoothly. Dosing is reassessed individually at every visit based on your anatomy, muscle activity, and treatment history — there's no one-size-fits-all unit count. Photos are taken at rest and during animation to guide precise placement, and we'll review your goals and any prior neurotoxin history before your first injection.
Overall Benefits
Softens the look of dynamic wrinkles — forehead lines, glabellar lines, crow's feet, and more
Purified formulation with no complexing proteins, associated with a lower long-term risk of antibody development and treatment resistance
Individualized dosing at every visit, tailored to your anatomy and goals
Results typically appear within 3–5 days
A well-established, FDA-approved treatment with a strong safety track record
How Often
Results typically last 3–4 months. Most patients return for their next treatment as results begin to soften, which allows us to reassess muscle activity — and any new areas of concern — at each visit.
Pricing
Xeomin is priced per unit at $13/unit, confirmed at your consultation based on your individualized treatment plan.
Skin Optimization Consultation
A clinical assessment of your skin and current routine, focused on building the foundation of your skincare protocol — the daily regimen that supports everything else. I'll review your health history, assess your skin's type, tone, and sensitivity profile, and evaluate what you're currently using. The result is a topical protocol sequenced specifically for your skin — what to start with, what to add later, and why.
This is where skin optimization begins — a sound daily routine is the foundation every other treatment builds on. The consultation fee is credited toward products or your first treatment. Offered in-person alongside any treatment, or via telehealth as a standalone visit.
Every product carried at Lyth Aesthetics is selected for clinical efficacy and recommended only after a consultation. I carry Dermaesthetics and Neocutis — two professional-grade lines used across my treatment protocols and available for retail purchase at your appointment.
Overall Benefits
A personalized skincare protocol built around your specific skin type, tone, and sensitivity profile — not a one-size-fits-all routine
Clinical review of your health history and current products, so recommendations account for what's already working (or not)
A clear, sequenced plan for what to start now, what to introduce later, and why — reducing trial-and-error and irritation risk
Access to professional-grade product lines (Dermaesthetics, Neocutis) recommended only after a consultation, not sold off the shelf
The consultation fee is credited toward products or your first treatment — so it's never a sunk cost
How Often
A skin optimization consultation is typically the starting point before any procedural treatment. Your protocol may evolve over a few visits as your skin responds — some products are introduced right away, others are layered in as your skin builds tolerance. Most patients revisit every few months or whenever a new concern arises.
Pricing
$50 for a standalone telehealth consultation, or free alongside any in-person treatment.
Chemical Peels
A chemical peel applies a controlled acid solution to the skin to promote exfoliation, stimulate cellular renewal, and encourage collagen production. Peels are offered at two depths, selected individually based on your Fitzpatrick skin type, prior peel history, and treatment goals.
Exfoliating / Superficial Peels
Surface-level treatments that refresh tone and texture with minimal downtime, well suited to a rapid-interval series.
GA 10% — Glycolic acid; an alpha-hydroxy acid that gently loosens surface skin cells, smoothing texture and evening out tone
Lactic 20% — Lactic acid; hydrating and gentle, well suited to dry or dehydrated skin types
Green Apple Peel — A blend of malic acid, lactic acid, and azelaic acid, well suited to acne-prone, reactive, or first-time patients who want a gentler peeling experience.
Overall Benefits
Improves the look of fine lines, mild photoaging, and uneven texture
Brightens the appearance of mild dullness and dehydration
Enhances absorption of your daily skincare routine
Minimal downtime — most patients return to normal activities same-day. This means very minimal peeling if any. Most patients do not experience peeling with these types of chemical peels.
Agent and concentration tailored to your Fitzpatrick skin type, skin sensitivity, and treatment history
How Often
Entry-level peels are typically spaced 2 weeks apart, giving the skin barrier time to fully recover between sessions. As you progress to more advanced agents, spacing extends 3-4 weeks apart to match their deeper, more intensive action. Your provider selects the agent and pacing that best suits your skin’s response.
Pricing
Green apple peel $150 per treament
Lactic 20% $150 per treatment
GA 10% $175 per treatment
Resurfacing / Medium-Depth Peels (in development — not yet available)
For patients ready for more visible correction, resurfacing peels use stronger formulations to address more pronounced photoaging, dyschromia, and textural concerns, with more downtime than exfoliating peels.
This tier is in development and not yet available for booking.
Nano-Channeling
Nano-Channeling uses the Dermaesthetics Nano Pen with a nano-compression tip to create ultra-superficial micro-channels in the skin — without dermal penetration. Unlike microneedling, there's no wound-healing cascade triggered; instead, these micro-channels temporarily enhance the skin's ability to absorb active serums, allowing ingredients to work more effectively than topical application alone.
The procedure
After cleansing, the nano tip is passed over the treatment area in a systematic grid pattern. A serum — Glassy Glow or Pure Glow Solution — is applied and infused during the passes, delivering peptides and actives closer to where they can do the most work. No numbing is required for most patients, and the treatment is comfortable enough to be used on sensitive or reactive skin.
Serum options
Glassy Glow Solution — a tinted, peptide-based formula built around Sh-Oligopeptide-1 (an EGF analog) to support collagen production, even out discoloration, and soften fine lines, with jojoba and soja oils for hydration and antioxidant support. Doubles as a semi-permanent foundation that can last up to a week, leaving a beige, glow-from-within finish.
Pure Glow Solution — the same peptide and EGF-analog foundation as Glassy Glow, without the tint. Formulated with evening primrose oil and jojoba oil for deep hydration and barrier support, alongside the same fine-line and scar/acne recovery benefits — well suited to patients who want the results without added color.
Overall Benefits
Delivers peptides that support the skin's natural renewal and collagen-supporting processes — enhanced beyond what a topical serum alone can achieve
Supports skin renewal and helps soften the look of fine lines, pores, and past acne scarring
Nourishes and protects with antioxidant-rich oils, reinforcing the skin's natural moisture barrier
Evens the appearance of discolored skin
Zero downtime — comfortable enough for sensitive or reactive skin, suitable for all skin tones
Glassy Glow doubles as a semi-permanent foundation that can last up to a week, for a natural, glow-from-within finish
How Often
Because nano-channeling doesn't create a wound-healing response, it fits easily into a regular skincare routine. Sessions can be done every two weeks to build results, with the flexibility to adjust frequency based on your skin's needs and goals.
Pricing
$225 per session
Microneedling
Microneedling uses the Dermaesthetics Pen with a 12- or 24-pin cartridge to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin. Unlike nano-channeling, these micro-channels reach deeper into the dermis and trigger your body's natural wound-healing cascade — stimulating new collagen and elastin production, a process known as Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT).
The procedure
After cleansing, you'll be given the option of a topical numbing cream, applied and left on for 30–45 minutes for added comfort during treatment. Once removed (or if you choose to skip it), the pen is passed over the treatment area in systematic passes, with needle depth adjusted based on the area and your specific concerns. An EGF serum is infused during the passes, delivering growth-factor peptides directly into the micro-channels as they form — going further than a topical application ever could. Redness and sensitivity are common in the first few hours and noticeably ease over the following 24–48 hours, with light peeling possible on days 2–3 as your skin renews itself. At the end of the session, you will be given aftercare instructions and offered aftercare products.
Overall Benefits
Triggers your skin's natural healing response for real, visible collagen and elastin production
EGF serum infused during treatment, delivering peptides deeper into the skin as micro-channels form
Improves the look of fine lines, acne scarring, enlarged pores, and overall skin texture
Softens the appearance of discoloration and uneven tone over a series of sessions
A well-studied, dermatologist-recognized treatment with a proven track record across skin types and concerns
How Often
Most patients complete a series of 4–6 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart to build results, then shift to a maintenance visit every 3-6 months to sustain them. Evidence is strongest when microneedling is done in a series. Because microneedling creates a genuine healing response, sessions are spaced further apart than nano-channeling to give your skin time to fully recover between treatments.
