Neurotoxin - Xeomin

Xeomin (incobotulinumtoxinA) is a prescription neurotoxin that temporarily relaxes the muscles responsible for dynamic facial lines — forehead creases, glabellar lines between the brows, crow's feet, and more.

Unlike other neurotoxins, Xeomin contains no complexing proteins. It's a purified formulation, which over time reduces the likelihood of antibody development and treatment resistance.

Dosing is assessed individually at every visit based on anatomy, muscle activity, and your treatment history. Results appear within 3–5 days and typically last 3–4 months.

All neurotoxin patients are seen for a consultation before their first treatment. Pricing is per-unit and confirmed at your appointment.

Skin Optimization Consultation

A clinical assessment of your skin and current routine, focused on building the foundation of your skincare protocol — the daily regimen that supports everything else. I'll review your health history, assess your skin's type, tone, and sensitivity profile, and evaluate what you're currently using. The result is a topical protocol sequenced specifically for your skin — what to start with, what to add later, and why.

This is where skin optimization begins — a sound daily routine is the foundation every other treatment builds on. The consultation fee is credited toward products or your first treatment. Offered in-person alongside any treatment, or via telehealth as a standalone visit.

Every product carried at Lyth Aesthetics is selected for clinical efficacy and recommended only after a consultation. I carry Dermaesthetics and Neocutis — two professional-grade lines used across my treatment protocols and available for retail purchase at your appointment.

Microneedling & Nano-Channeling- Coming Soon

Microneedling is a collagen induction treatment that uses a motorized pen with fine needles to create controlled micro-channels in the skin, triggering your body's natural healing response and stimulating new collagen and elastin production. Nano-Channeling uses the same device with a nano-compression tip, creating superficial micro-channels without dermal penetration — enhancing the delivery of active serums and growth factors with zero downtime.

Both are performed using the Dermaesthetics Microneedling/Nano-Channeling system. Microneedling is well suited to fine lines, acne scarring, and textural concerns, typically requiring a series of treatments for optimal results. Nano-Channeling works well for all skin types, including sensitive or reactive skin, and is often used as a starting point before progressing to deeper treatment.

Depth and pin count are assessed individually based on your skin's tolerance and treatment history. Downtime ranges from none (Nano-Channeling) to mild redness and light peeling for 24–72 hours (Microneedling), depending on depth.

Chemical Peels-Coming Soon

A chemical peel applies a controlled acid solution to the skin to promote controlled exfoliation, stimulate cellular renewal, and encourage collagen production. Peels are offered at different depths with specific agents depending on your skin's needs and treatment history — from superficial peels using glycolic acid, which address early photoaging, texture, and mild dyschromia with minimal downtime, to medium-depth peels using agents such as trichloroacetic acid (TCA), which reach deeper into the skin to address more pronounced photoaging, dyschromia, and textural concerns.

Peel type and concentration are selected individually based on your Fitzpatrick skin type, prior peel history, and treatment goals — most patients begin with a superficial peel series before any consideration of a deeper treatment. Downtime ranges from a few hours of mild redness at the superficial level to seven to fourteen days of visible peeling and healing at the medium-depth level.
